This case study was written for a training consulting firm. This success story explained how an onboarding program for new employees helped a recruiting agency cope easily with their rapid growth and success.
The case study explains how the recruiting agency needed to replace an old, outdated training program with a new program more attuned to their actual recruiting process. The program made new hires capable of successful recruiting from day one. The study also explains how the program was quantified and ROI was determined. This positioned the training consulting firm and CEO as experts. Their main selling proposition is showing their clients how simple it can be to measure training ROI, proving its impact to their bottom line.
